Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta's star-studded engagement party

Akash Ambani is set to marry his schoolmate Shloka Mehta. Reportedly, the dates are falling between December 8 and December 12. The celebrities were Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan with daughter Aaradhya, Katrina Kaif, Karan Johar, Kiran Rao among others who were present at the bash.

Also at the party was actress Katrina Kaif.

While Akash is a member of the Jio board, Shloka serves as the director of the family's diamond firm Rosy Blue Diamonds.

Coming back to the party, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan were spotted in the bash. Aishwarya was red carpet ready in a strapless black Osman gown, a matching clutch and bright pink lips while young Aaradhya smiled for the cameras in a pink tulle dress, glittering shoes and a matching headband. And filmmaker Karan Johar looks sharp.

The grand Ambanis party was organized on Monday evening and Bollywood biggies were arrived at the Ambani house to wish happy life ahead the newly engaged couple.

With Abhishek busy shooting for Anurag Kashyap's Manmarziyan and Big B also held up with his Thugs Of Hindostan shoot, Aishwarya attended the party with her daughter, Aaradhya. Shloka is the daughter of prominent diamantaire Russell Mehta.

But this is just a pre-engagement ceremony where Akash had proposed Shloka for their wedding.

Akash and Shloka too came out to greet the media and posed for pictures together. But recently, the Chief of Strategy, Jio, Akash Ambani, proposed to his girlfriend after which the two chose to get married soon.

Shloka, who after finishing schooling at Dhirubhai Ambani International School in 2009 went on to study anthropology at Princeton University and did her masters in law from the London School of Economics and Political Science. shloka has been a director on Rosy Blue Foundation since July 2014.
