Exclusive Spider-Man Swinging Out this Fall

Last night the celebrated United States magazine, Game Informer, confirmed that their next issue cover feature would be Insomniac's new PS4 exclusive, Spider-Man. It's important to note that Sony also owns the rights to the Spider-Man movie rights, so it does make sense that Marvel approached them to create the game. Although more details about the DLC will be revealed at a later date, Insomniac stated that they will include "three new chapters each with new missions, new villains and characters, and additional suits for Spider-Man".

Game Informer have released some exclusive news regarding the release of Insomniac Games's newest title, Spider-Man, including a new trailer and release date. "Spider-Man" for PS4 will come out on September 7.

The Digital Deluxe edition will include a copy of the game as well as new story chapters. However, we do know that it will include Spider-Man crouched on top of something, but Insomniac Games haven't revealed what it is yet.

Spider-Man confirmed for a 2018 release on PS4

Buzz for Insomniac's upcoming Spider-Man game has been at an all-time high since Game Informer announced that it would be the cover of the May issue yesterday. Since the initial reveal during E3 2016 we have received a good amount of gameplay, story elements, as well as a look at the current Peter Parker we will be taking control of.

One of the more exciting touches is the games use of gadgets, with projectile tasers shown off in the trailer.

A common trend in the video game industry is for a company like Sony or Microsoft to purchase timed exclusivity for a game in order to promote the console it is tied to. The developers have used speed, style, and fluidity to describe their aims for the Spider-Man.

From what we can see, we can quickly confirm that the game is more likely to be fantastic, including a new type of camera and all sorts of angles to respectfully deliver the needed action.
