Samsung's alleged Android Go phone spotted in leaked photos

The smartphone is priced at Rs 14,490 and will be available starting July 5 exclusively via Flipkart and Samsung's e-store. Currently, Samsung is selling only the Wi-Fi version of this tablet in the U.S. under the model number SM-T380, while offering the 4G-capable SM-T385 model in many other markets.

A Samsung Electronics-made device identified by the model number SM-N960F that's widely believed to be the upcoming Galaxy Note 9 appeared in the online database of smartphone benchmarking tool Geekbench, having first been spotted by tech media from the Netherlands.




On Monday, AndroidHeadlines published what it claims is the first official rendering of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4. The Galaxy J8 flaunts a large 6-inch Super AMOLED Infinity Display with HD+ resolution and 18.5:9 aspect ratio, which is actually great considering the reasonable price that comes with it. Up front there's an 8-megapixel camera with f/1.9 aperture and features like "Selfie Focus" and "Beauty Mode".

Smartphones have becoming the next big thing with features like voice and facial recognition, fingerprint scanner and camera quality. It comes with a wide-angle 8MP sensor with dedicated LED flash, which is very beneficial while capturing selfies under low-light conditions. In a hands-on rumoured video, Russian tipster Eldar Murtazin had said that the Galaxy Note 9 has completely reworked the S Pen stylus to include Bluetooth support and the option to unlock the handset remotely, with a press of a button. On the software front, it runs Android 8.0 Oreo. Previous leaks suggested Samsung would use a 1.4 GHz quad core Exynos 7570 processor and 1 GB of RAM. A microSD card slot with support up to 256GB card is also present. It also comes with Facebook Lite. The device houses a rear-facing fingerprint sensor. The handset is backed by a 3000mAh battery and offers 4G, VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Global Positioning System as connectivity options.
