Angelina Jolie Pitt wants divorce finalised by year's end

According to an NBC News report, Jolie will now force Pitt to pay the child support, however, the two-page file does not define what constitutes as "meaningful support".

In June, a spokesperson for Jolie also rebuked the "misleading leak" of the court documents detailing her and Pitt's new custody agreement.

"(Pitt) has a duty to pay child support", DeJean writes in the two-page brief.

Meanwhile, TMZ reports that Jolie has asked the judge to finalize the divorce before their custody dispute is even settled.

In court documents filed as part of the ongoing divorce drama between the former couple, attorneys for the 43-year-old actress alleged Pitt hadn't paid "meaningful" child support since the separation.

The actress, 43, is shooting the sequel to Maleficent in London, while the actor, 54, is filming Once Upon a Time in Hollywood in L.A. Pitt has also spent time with at least five of his six children in the United Kingdom, after a judge ruled "not having a relationship with their father is harmful".

Angelina Jolie accuses Brad Pitt of not paying enough child support for their children.

It comes amid reports from TMZ, that allege Ange filed documents that stated Pitt has not paid "meaningful child support" since they first separated nearly two years ago.

Jolie was granted physical custody of all six children in a December 2016 custody agreement, but last month, she was ordered by a judge to help fix the children's relationship with their father. They have six children for whom she is seeking primary custody.

ET Canada has reached out to Pitt's rep for further comments.

However, an insider familiar with the situation told TooFab, "Brad always fulfills his commitments".

Jolie's lawyers are requesting to appear before a judge, so they can schedule a status conference to address all of the financial issues in the separation.

Jolie filed for divorce in September 2016, ending two years or marriage and a 10-year romance that had made the pair one of Hollywood's most glamorous and powerful couples.
